Dr. Nichols performs forensic psychological services in juvenile and adult cases on a selected basis, including assessing for malingering, violence risk assessments, sexual risk assessments, and adult competency assessments. Child custody evaluations are not offered.

Dr. Nichols has provided forensic services and provided expert testimony in civil and criminal proceedings in several Arkansas counties, including Baxter, Boone, Carroll, Faulkner, Marion, Newton, and Van Buren.
